Semi-detached spacious farm cottage situated next to the owner's home and located in the countryside outside the village of Wierre-Effroy only 12km from Boulogne and the coast. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and has its own enclosed grounds with patio, courtyard, garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity, heating and firewood are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 91 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
