The cottage has its own enclosed courtyard with flower beds, garden furniture and BBQ and shares additional grounds with a boules court, swimming pool, swing and slide with the owner. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Vendée coast are only 30km away and La Rochelle is 35km away.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
