Comfortable vineyard cottage located in a pretty village near Beaune. The cottage is in a group of buildings with a second gîte. Wine tasting is offered by the owners free of charge.

Fully equipped corner kitchen with oven, cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher

Central heating is charged at between 4.5 or 7 Euros per day according to the season
Bed linen may be hired
End of stay cleaning can be arranged for 40 Euros

The first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small Tourist Tax of 0.60 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
