Attractive little cottage located in the village of Vironchaux only 5km from Crécy Forest, 5km from Crécy En Ponthieu and 18km from Quend Plage and the coast. The cottage has its own enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests will need to bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any addional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
