Comfortable single storey cottage located in a vineyard in the rural hamlet of Vindey in Champagne in the beautiful Sézannais region of the Marne. The cottage is only 600m from the edge of the Traconne Forest and its own private grounds with garden furniture and BBQ. The mediaeval city of Sézanne is only a very short drive away and there are numerous châteaux, churches and abbeys to visit as well as touring the Champagne Plain and the beautiful surrounding countryside with its hills and valleys. The owners can arrange visits to their Champagne cellars.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
