Spacious and comfortable modern villa located in the picturesque seaside town of Port En Bessin (2328 inhabitants) in the heart of the Landing Beaches and just 500 metres from the sea and the harbour, 7km from Omaha Beach, 8km from the historic town of Bayeux, 12 from Arromanches and 40km from Caen. The villa has its own extensive enclosed garden of 1400 sq metres with South facing sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ swings and garage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricty per week is included in the rental, any additonal consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with and a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, bed linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
