Comfortable, detached country cottage with beautiful views over the Little Morin Valley located 1.5km from the rural village of Viels Maisons, 12km from Montmirail, 19km from Château-Thierry, 52km from Epernay and 54km from Eurodisney. The cottage is surrounded by extensive grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electrity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
