Attractive detached character cottage located in the heart of the countryside on the edge of the quiet rural hamlet of Viel Saint Rémy 30km south-west of Charleville-Mézières. The cottage is surrounded by extensive wooded grounds including a private fishing lake and a terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swings, and a slide. Table tennis is available on request.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases with them. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity, water charges and heating are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, additional heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
