The smaller of two beautifully appointed recently restored farm cottages located in the heart of the countryside 3km from the small village of La Verrie and 12km from Les Herbiers in the Bocage region. The cottages share a private heated pool with paddling pool and extensive grounds with swings. Each cottage has its own private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The mediaeval festival at the Puy du Fou which is held every Friday for several months each year is only 10km away.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. All charges except for heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per cottage is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
