Attractive ivy-covered semi-detached country cottage located on the owners' farm in Verquières only 10km from St Remy de Provence. The cottage shares a courtyard, lawned garden and orchard with swings and table tennis with the owners.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is charged at 50 Euros per week. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, firewood and heating are payable to the owner on site.

N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
