TIMBERED 3 BEDROOM RIVERSIDE COTTAGE

Traditional timbered detached cottage standing 150 metres from the banks of the River Aube in the heart of the countryside in the rural hamlet of Ortillon. The cottage has it own enclosed lawned garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The cottage is 8km from Arcis Sur Aube, 30km from Troyes and 30km from the Great Lakes.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity charges are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
