Extremely comfortable and spacious detached vineyard cottage located in Vaudemange on the edge of the Montagne de Reims Nature Park and 2km from the Aisne to Marne canal. Epernay, Châlons and Reims are all within 20km. The cottage is surrounded by its own enclosed grounds with garden furniture, BBQ and swings. Bicycle hire can be arranged. The owners are vintners specialising in producing Champagne, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and guests may buy the excellent wines sold on site.

Bed linen is available for hire at 7 Euros per bed per week or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is charged at 8 Euros per day. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
