Interesting and comfortable gîte in the tower of the historic Château de Vaucelles which dates from 1629 and located only 3km from Bayeux, 6km from Port En Bessin and only 10km from Arromanches and the landing beaches. The gîte has its own unfenced garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Bed linen is inclued in the rental. Guests may hire or bring their own towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per person for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
