South facing detached modern seaside cottage located just 800 metres from the beach in Houlgate. The cottage has its own enclosed grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros together with a small Tourist Tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
