Comfortable, detached stone built character cottage dating from 1738 located in a rural hamlet just outside the small village of Trugny (209 inhabitants) and just 12km from Bayeux, 15km from Cerisy Forest, 21km from Arrromanches and the Landing Beaches, 22km from Asnelles and the seaside and 31km from Caen. The cottage is surrounded by extensive enclosed well kept grounds of 600 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swings and a sand pit.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
