Comfortable, spacious semi-detached country cottage located 500 metres from the village of St Trimoel, 12km from Lamballe, 25km from St Brieuc and the coast, 30km from Val André and 42km from Dinan. The cottage has its own pretty courtyard and enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swing and table tennis.
