Two semi-detached single-storey modern country cottages located in a small hamlet just 5km from Triaize and 10km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Vendée coastline. Each cottage has its own private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. There are three other gîtes on site which share a covered heated pool of 11x4.5 metres, extensive grounds of 8000 sq metres with a games room with table tennis and table football, boules court, tennis court and children's play area with swings.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests may hire towels or bring their own towels and tea towels with you. The rental includes all charges except for heating. Heating is charged at 28 Euros per week. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
