Recently renovated semi-detached traditional Breton cottage located in the rural hamlet of St Guénolé 2km from the village of Trévou-Tréguignec and only 2km from a magnificent sandy beach at Trestel on the pink granite coast. The cottage has its own enclosed garden of 800 sq metres with garden furniture and BBQ, terrace and veranda. Perros Guirec and Tréguier are both only 10km from the cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
