Detached 19th century single storey farm cottage located in a small group of farm buildings in the small village of Trèvières just 7km from St Laurent Sur Mer and the seaside, 15km from Bayeux, 25km from Arromanches and the Landing Beaches and 46km from Caen. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture. There is one other gîte on site.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.35 Euros per person per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
