Very comfortable character cottage located opposite the church in the pretty vineyard village of Trépail at the foot of Reims Mountain and just 20km from Reims, 20km from Epernay and 20km from Châlons. The cottage has its own enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. The owners can arrange visits to their wine cellars and wine tasting. Wine can be bought from the owners.

Bed linen may be hired for 8 Euros per bed per week. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity and heating charges are included to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
