Detached and very comfortable neo-breton villa with outstanding sea views located 2km from the small village of Trélévern between the Pink Granite coast and Plougrescant and only 12km from the popular seaside resort of Perros Guirec. The cottage has its own enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture, BBQ and swings and is only 100 metres from a beautiful sandy beach.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will charged at cost. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
