Attractive single storey traditional timbered 18th century farm cottage located on the owner's farm just 2km from the rural village of Tourgeville and 3km from Blonville Sur Mer and the seaside. The cottage has it own private spacious courtyard and small lawned garden with garden furniture.

Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
