Peaceful and spacious semi-detached character cottage dating from 1850 located next to the owner's home in the heart of the countryside in the rural hamlet of Cahagnolles just 15km from Bayeux, 25km from Port En Bessin and the seaside, 27km from Arromanches and the Landing Beaches and 34km from Caen. The cottage has its own garden with garden furniture.

Utility charges are in addition to the rental and are charged at 17 Euros per week June to September, 37 Euros per week April, May & October and 52 Euros per week November to March. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
