Small traditional half-timbered Normandy character gîte with beamed ceilings located next to the owners' home in St Pierre Azif just 10km from Deauville in the Pays d'Auge. The cottage is located on a stud farm.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
