SUPERBLY STUDIO CHARACTER COTTAGE

Superbly situated studio character cottage occupying a wing of the owner's home and overlooking peaceful countryside in a lush valley with two lakes and planted with poplars located 5km from the small village of St Maudez and 15km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and has its own terrace and garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The mediaeval city of Dinan is only 9km from the cottage and St Malo is 40km away. There are two other gîtes on site.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges are included in the rental. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
