Superbly located comfortable detached character cottage with a terrace overlooking a fishing lake, located near a river and surrounded by a peaceful valley planted with poplars 5km from the small village of St Maudez and 15km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The cottage is very comfortable and tastefully furnished with attractive open stonework and beamed ceilings, has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ and shares a heated swimming pool. The mediaeval city of Dinan is only 9km from the cottage and St Malo is 40km away. There are two other gîtes on site.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
