FOUR BEDROOM RURAL CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Comfortable and spacious detached character farm cottage dating from the 18th century located in the heart of the countryside on a cereal farm just outside the rural village of Saint Epain on the River Manse 22km east of Chinon and 27km from the beautiful little town of Richlieu. The cottage opens onto an enclosed terrace with garden furniture and behind it there is an extensive garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and table tennis. There is also a fenced 10x5 swimming pool on site shared with the owner.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
