Single storey detached character cottage located in the heart of the Suisse Normande just outside the village of Ste Honorine La Guillaume in peaceful countryside on the edge of a copse and surrounded by fields planted with pear trees. The cottage is ideally located for exploring the beautiful river valleys of the Orne and the Rouvre and has its own well tended extensive grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture, table tennis and a sand pit.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
