SEMI-DETACHED COTTAGE WITH SWIMMING POOL AND TENNIS

The first of two attractive semi-detached cottages each with its own private sun terrace located on a small complex of five gîtes surrounded by countryside and trees. The cottages share private grounds of 700 square metres and a heated swimming pool with a third cottage. There are two other cottages on site which share a separate pool. There are also tennis facilites just 100 metres away. The properties are located in one hectare of private grounds in the small village of St Aubin La Plaine. The seaside is only 21 miles away.

Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per cottage is payable to the owner on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
