DETACHED FIVE BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE

Beautifully restored detached farm cottage located just outside the rural village of Soulignonnes only 15km from Saintes and 30km from Royan and the seaside. The cottage is surrounded by extensive private grounds and has its own private enclosed garden and covered terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, playcentre with swings and table tennis. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and furnished and each bedroom has its own themed decor. There is one other smaller cottage on site.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Utility charges are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 500 Euros on arrival for each cottage.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
