Comfortable seaside apartment with shared swimming pool and tennis court located on a small holiday complex in Argélés Sur Mer only 500 metres from the beach. Each apartment has its own veranda with garden furniture.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 60 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over. There is a compulsory insurance charge of £15.00 payable at the time of the reservation.
N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
