Attractive and spacious single storey semi-detached holiday cottage located in Corsept near the mouth of the River Loire and only 4km from the beach and St Brévin and only 15km from the popular seaside resorts of Saint-Nazaire and Pornic. The cottage has its own private enclosed lawned garden of 270 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Sorry No Pets
Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30p) per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
