Spacious detached cottage located in the rural hamlet of Maimby on the edge of the Signy L'Abbaye forest and 4km from the village of Signy L'Abbaye, 30km from Charleville Mézières, 60km from the Belgian border and 61km from Reims. The property has its own grounds and covered veranda with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases with them. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
