Charming and attractive detached farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside on the owner's tobacco farm near Saint Germain du Seudre only 25km from the coast.

The cottage is surrounded by extensive grounds with a 9x4 swimming pool on site shared with owner together with a 7 hole golf course, fishing lake and swings for the children. Guests may use the golf course free of charge. The cottage has its own patio with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges except for wood for the fire are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 160 Euros and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day is payable to the owner on arrival. Wood for the fire may be bought from the owner. Guest may choose one of the following activities free of charge - fishing, use of the 7 hole golf course or mountain bikes.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, end of stay cleaning and firewood are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
