Attractive detached country cottage located on the outskirts of the rural hamlet of Sermiers in the heart of the Reims Mountain Nature Park and the champagne producing vineyards just 12km south of Reims, 17km from Epernay and 113km from Eurodisney. The cottage is surrounded by extensive parkland and has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Bed linen may be hired or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
