COMFORTABLE 4 BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE

Very comfortable and spacious historic 18th century character farm cottage located in the small village of Ville En Selve in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Nature Park 20km south of Reims and 20km north of Epernay. Its name comes from the daughters of Louis XV who stayed here in 1742. The cottage has its own extensive enclosed grounds with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
