Superb villa located in Savigny-Sur-Braye in the Pays du Vendômois just north-west of Vendôme in the Central Loire Valley. The villa is detached and stands in extensive grounds of one hectare with a private pool. The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms.

Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 400 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
