Attractive and comfortable semi-detached riverside cottage located next to the owners' home in Saint Omer on the banks of the River Aa and on the edge of the beautiful Marais Audomarais nature reserve. The cottage has its own private garden with garden furniture, BBQ and garage.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
