THREE BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Traditional timbered semi-detached character cottage located in the quiet rural village of La Ville Au Bois in the heart of the Fôret D'Orient Regional Park and just 15km from Dienville and Lake Amance, 17km from Nigoland Adventure Park, 30km from Bar Sur Aube and 50km from Troyes. The cottage shares an enclosed garden and courtyard with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ with the adjoining smaller gîte to sleep two people. The owners are happy to give guests permission to use their swimming pool.

Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
