Detached character cottage dating from 1850 located in the extensive wooded parkland of a château in the rural hamlet of Ryes just 4km from Arromanches and the Landing Beaches, 6km from Bayeux and 28km from Caen. The cottage has a balcony and its own fenced courtyard with garden furniture and stone built BBQ.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
