Very comfortable character cottage located in superb surroundings in the gatekeeper's lodge of the 18th century Château de la Rousselière just outside the small village of Frossay and only 18km from the coast. The cottage has been very tastefully restored retaining its orginal rustic character and is surrounded by magnificent wooded grounds of 25 hectares with swimming pool. The cottage has its own sun terrace and garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and sand pit.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
