Attractive and comfortable completely independant semi-detached cottage located on the outskirts of St Pol Sur Ternoise on the River Ternoise in the beautiful Ternoise region noted for its rolling valleys and pastures. The cottage is surrounded by three hectares of lawned gardens and has it own private unfenced south facing grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The owners live next door and there is one other three bedroom gîte on site.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any aditional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
