DETACHED TWO BEDROOM WINE GROWER'S COTTAGE

Detached wine grower's cottage located on the owners' vineyard at the foot of the 12th century château in the pretty vineyard village of La Rochepot and just 15km from Beaune and 62km from Dijon. The cottage has its own enclosed courtyard and garden with sun terrace and garden furniture. The owners can arrange visits to their wine cellars with free wine tasting.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 100 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
