Very comfortable semi-detached modern villa with sea views located in a small holiday village of the villas just 3km from the popular seaside resort of Erquy on the beautiful Emerald Coast. The villa has its own private garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares additional extensive grounds with heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and children's play area with swings.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
