Comfortable stone built character cottage dating from 1800 located in the tiny hamlet of St Honorine des Pertes (391 inhabitants) right in the heart of the area of the landing beaches and only 800 metres from the sea. The cottage shares a patio and courtyard with the owners with garden furniture. Port En Bessin is only 4km from the property and Bayeux is 15km away.

Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guest may hire household linen or bring their own towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros and a small Tourist Tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for household linen, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
