Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Gas and electricity charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
