THREE BEDROOM RURAL CHARACTER COTTAGE

One of a group of four comfortable character farm cottages located in the heart of the country 3.5km from the small village of Plumeliau, 9km north of Baud and 40km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Lorient and Carnac. The cottage has its own private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares extensive grounds with swings, boules court, sandpit, volley ball, basket ball and a small lake.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 155 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
