Very comfortable traditional detached character cottage located opposite the 17th century château in the tiny rural village of Réveillon (106 inhabitants) just 8km from Esternay, 20km from Sézanne, 45km from Epernay and 100km from Paris. The cottage has its own extensive enclosed garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and has its own games room with table football. The owners can arrange visits to the château and its beautiful gardens. Guests are also welcome to use the château's tennis court on request.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests may hire or bring their own towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Electricity charges for using the sauna are in addition to the rental. Heating if required is charged at 30 Euros per week. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 400 Euros on arrival together with an end of stay complusory cleaning charge of 40 Euros.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
