TWO BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Single storey character cottage surrounded by extensive grounds in a former vineyard located just outside the small village of Reugny in a pretty valley between Amboise and Vouvray. The cottage has its own covered terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares the surrounding grounds with heated swimming pool, table tennis and play centre with the owners. Reugny is 13km from the River Loire, 14km from Amboise, 26km from Tours and 50km from Blois.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
