Comfortable detached farm cottage located in the quiet rural village of Renneville on the River Hurtaut. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and sand pit. Reims is 50km from the cottage and Saint Quentin is 70km away.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases with them. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
